• Lead the V&V, SQA and Automation groups of more than 60 engineers while qualifying both HW and SW in a medical company.

• Be part of the R&D executive team, participate and lead strategic product development decisions.

• Along with your teams define and manage all R&D V&V, SQA and Automation strategy and requirements end to end - including HW & SW.

• Lead the V&V team – The Verification and Validation team in a medical company requires high regulation standard and thus requires the capabilities of writing protocols, handle complex activities while improving the group efficiency by adding more automation coverage in various components in a complex multidisciplinary system (HW, Mechanics, Optics, FW, Algorithm). Interact with QA/RA, Security regulatory and compliance. Take the proper tradeoffs as needed into account. Manage all the related documentation for proper product submission to relevant regulatory bodies (FDA, MDR, NMPA etc.)

• Lead SQA groups – Two SQA groups one in Moscow and one in Israel for qualifying all SW deliveries. Initiate along with the Automation group manager full automation coverage for all SW components.

• Lead the Automation group – Build a full cloud base development capability along with automation frameworks and comprehensive code coverage and test architecture/solution.

Build long term plan of the automation infrastructure scale up to meet us growth looking ahead.

• Work closely with all R&D departments and enable them a clear path for continues development and deliveries, immediate feedback and reports for improving overall R&D efficiency.

• Make sure that the V&V and SQA groups deliveries achieve all strategic objectives required to meet our customer and business needs, with max quality and efficiency.

• Degree in Engineering/Science discipline

• At least 15 years of R&D and Project Management experience (or equivalent) within a global cross functional multidisciplinary company (HW, SW, Mechanics, Optics, Algorithms, V&V, Infrastructure etc.)

• Prooven leadership capabilities for driving the R&D strategy and business needs

• Strategic thinking with ability to execute and drive change across the organization

• Experience with full product lifecycle end to end (from requirements to deployment and maintenance)

• Proven experience in collaborating with local and global R&D teams, building relationships, proactively communicating and maintaining a standard of excellence and best R&D practices

• Capable of leading the V&V and SQA automation strategy for improving overall R&D efficiency including the capability of defining the test architectural strategy.

• Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues.

• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to "hold the room" and lead meetings.

• Strong written and oral communication skills (both Hebrew and English)

• Self-driven, energized, engaging and multi-task skilled to drive to the desired results

• Experience with ISO, MDR, FDA and other regulatory standards - an advantage

• Medical devices industry is an advantage - an advantage
